Let me tell you something about my experience with Lithia in Wasilla.. I'm 35 hard working mom, and wrecked my car Monday when I was t-boned by a moose. Today Thursday, I was left with $500 after total out and I have bad credit. These men went above and beyond for me to see me leave in a reliable, safe, mostly affordable vehicle. (2024 Sorento if you're curious) I walked in, in literal tears, was met with unwavering kindness, overwhelming support, funny, clever, sweet men who went out of their way to see me and my kid just a little happier. I'll never forget my experience.. I walked in desolate, feeling hopeless, and left in a car nicer than I ever thought I'd have. They spent HOURS with me making sure I understood and was doing ok. Flight the banking institution to work with me and my terrible credit. My perception of car salesmen has forever been altered positively. They made buying a car easier than borrowing one, no jokes. Casey, Chris and Cody you 3 are saints and what men in this world should aspire to be. Thank you for your support and help and incredible customer and human service. You're so appreciated.

Casey went above and beyond to make me and my wife feel better about the car purchase. We originally were gonna trade in my truck in but ended up going a different route and he was able to accommodate and make the numbers work for us. I did not feel the constant pressure from Casey to buy the vehicle and that alone made me super happy.
