Stivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I was passing through Prattville from Tennessee, on my way to Florida, when my vehicle experienced engine trouble. I had it towed to Stivers on a Friday evening after they were closed. After speaking with them first thing Saturday morning, they prioritized evaluation early Monday and had everything repaired before noon on Tuesday, a few hours before I’d be passing back through on my way home, after a technician came in early to make sure the repairs were done on time. A breakdown is stressful in itself, and even more so when you’re hundreds of miles from home. I felt in good hands with the Stivers team. Truly grateful for their kindness, understanding, and efficiency to get me back on the road quickly.

My husband called and negotiated a price for a car that they had for sale. The man said that they would take the price we offered. There was a leak in the trunk that needed repair so he was checking on when we could pick it up as we lived 4 hours away. The next day, we get a call saying they sold it for cash this morning. We could have paid cash. It was never an issue. My husband had even offered to put it on credit card to lock it down. They are the worst kind of business people and are an example of why people hate dealing with car dealers!!! No ethics!!!!!!!!

I purchased a used car at Brewbaker for my 20 yr daughter. It was a great car, a great price and the salesman, Rob Smith, was excellent. I would recommend anyone go see Rob for their car buying needs.
