Your choices for a plug-in hybrid minivan shrink for 2024 as Chrysler pares down the Pacifica Hybrid’s trims. The hybrid powertrain will be available only in the top Pinnacle trim and new hybrid-only Select trim, as the model’s Touring L and Limited trims are gone. Other Pacifica news for 2024 is minor and includes a new cabin treatment for Pinnacle variants, plus some additional exterior colors and an updated safety system.
For 2024, the Road Tripper appearance package returns after its debut for 2023. It includes specific wheels, orange color accents, a roof rack and the Trailer Tow Group standard, which allows the van to tow up to 3,600 pounds. For 2024, the package is optional on the new Pacifica Hybrid Select trim in addition to the gas-only Touring L. The 2024 Pacifica also features two new available exterior colors: Red Hot and Baltic Gray; models with the Road Tripper Package are available in Baltic Gray.
Also for 2024, the top Pinnacle trim’s cabin gets a new sepia interior color palette that’s exclusive to the trim. The sepia interior includes quilted sepia Nappa leather seats with Light Diesel stitching and Sydney Gray piping.
Lastly, all Pacifica minivans see a safety system update for 2024. The Emergency Vehicle Alert System that’s part of the Uconnect connected-vehicle platform displays in-vehicle notifications of an active fire truck, ambulance or other nearby roadway hazards in the instrument cluster and touchscreen.
