I would not recommend going here if you do not want dealer added items such as the Zurich protection, added to you purchase agreement without your authorization nor did you discuss the purchase of the dealer added item! Then when I asked to have it removed as you did not purchase that or want to purchase that item, I was told could not be removed. I asked attorney and said if it was something that was added into the purchase of the vehicle that would be different but it was not it was a dealer added item that means they would get a commission for selling that item it’s something extra. I was told by banker this was not the first customer that told her this has happen to them. Then as soon as I asked for it to be removed I was told that someone was coming in to look at The vehicle I was looking at to purchase , then within 3 minutes of that was told the car was going back up for sale on the webpage then within 5 min told the vehicle sold!! Shady? Kind of funny how a purchase contract can be signed sent to the bank a check sent to the dealer and a customer buys a car all within a matter of 12 minutes. All because I wanted the dealer added item taken off my purchase contract! Sales guy Matt and financing person Anthony lie Beware of these people they are shady!!

Please be cautious when choosing to buy a car from this dealership. I purchased a car, only to realize that same night it was DEFINATELY not safe. They had a not my problem attitude and would not take the car back. The owner wouldnt even look at it. Of course I am partly to blame not having someone else come check it over for the amount i paid I did not expect to have to put 1000-2000 into it right after buying to make the car driveable. I heard multiple times that they wanted me to be happy with my purchase but despite my literal cries, they did absolutely nothing to help resolve the problem. They signed off that this vehicle was checked over. It wasn't. They also said certain things were replaced when they weren't. Did not have all documentation of things they supposidly, and personally did to the vehicle either. They car about making sales and not about customer satisfaction. Just please be cautious. They are friendly until the sale is made and don't trust that they have looked over a vehicle they are selling you.

I was shopping for a 1500 and new to area and usually shop larger volume lots but they had 2 unique Ram's that larger dealerships didn't carry. For this reason I bought from Peterson. I felt I was given a reasonable trade in price. One of the cleanest dealerships I've been to.
