Great Customer Service
I live part-time in Florida and decided to purchase my wife's 2019 Escape that was coming off lease. Went to the local Ford dealer to do the paperwork to purchase the car. They required an $800 fee to do that. Another dealer wanted $1200. I decided to call Schmidt Ford where I leased the car to see if they could facilitate the purchase. Aaron Slusarek the Business Mgr. was more than happy to help. The purchase was a little more complicated because the car was registered in Florida and now had to be registered in WI to complete the purchase, but no fee was charged by Schmidt. Aaron kept me informed on the paperwork requirements and made the whole experience work smoothly. Thank you Aaron for a great job!! Great customer service Schmidt.

Body shop guy is a crook
One for bodywork did not have them do the job so they wrote a bad Carfax The autobody shop lock my truck inside so I could not leave
