Liars, unethical business practices
Horrible liars. Took my down payment....then....tried to deliver me a damaged vehicle after saying it was in "excellent" and "mint" condidtion. Refused delivery. They said they would fix the damage within a week, send me new photos of the repairs....then we could determine if we'd still like to purchase. 2+ weeks later I hadn't heard anything and never received photos of the repairs. Emailed all of the people I had worked with. Was told they sold the vehicle to someone else. They still had my down payment and sold the vehicle to someone else!!! Never work with Amato!! Run if you don't want to get lied to. Yes, I also worked with the "GM" JR Amato.....he did absolutely nothing to help this situation. He won't even respond to my request to talk with him after finding out they sold the vehicle while still holding my down payment! Horrrible business practices!! Do not buy from them!
