Finance manager and supporting staff are substandard as best. I have been waiting for over 2 months for my official registration paperwork to be filed. I cannot drive my new vehicle since it is not legal to do so. Morrie's has refused to assist me in any way to resolve their paperwork snafu! Sales team were great by the way.

Our 2024 Dodge Rebel was purchased thru Eide in MN, we
Our 2024 Dodge Rebel was purchased thru Eide in MN, we slid off road on ice and had to have veh transported to Morrie's Service dept as veh wouldn't get out of 4x4. Advised by Richard that Austin worked on it. After 4500 worth of work "not covered" by warranty, we were told to come pick up veh. Attempting to drive away and all engine lights come on, take it back to Curt, who advises O2 sensor - not covered - REALIZE veh has less than 10k miles on it. We had to leave veh there, drive another 100mi round trip; drive veh off property lights on again. They've had the veh for almost a month, don't know what's wrong with it, won't cover anything under warranty and we've made at least 2 trips now (including paying for babysitter) to pick up "ready" veh and have had to return home empty-handed, broke and with no further info on veh. Purchase may have gone smoothly but SERVICE & WARRANTY coverage thru DODGE/MORRIE has been DISASTEROUS. Still waiting for them to make things right.
