My wife and I saw the truck display at the WV state fair
My wife and I saw the truck display at the WV state fair and talked with the people at the dealership booth and talked about possibly trading but we had an issue with the seat comfort on the passenger side of the Ram 1500 we owned. They asked us to go by the dealership and try the seat on the newer model and ask for Kenny. We were not planning to buy a new truck. Kenny helped us build a new truck to possibly order. They made me a fair offer on both my trucks. It was a good deal. Kenny Long helped me order a new 2024 Ram 3500 Dually. The process was smooth, and the good trade-ins helped me complete the purchase. Since I needed my trucks for farm use they let me keep my trade-ins until the new truck arrived. When the truck arrived at the dealership Kenny facilitated the purchase and showed us the new technology on the truck. There were some difficulties getting questions answered from parts and the body shop regarding accessories to be added to the truck once it was received. Kenny helped work through every issue.
