Went to Specks with a filler problem when gettin gas. Told them what the problem was. The service supervisor told me the would have to run diagnostics to determine the problem. After 2 hours waiting I inquired about my truck. The service writer told me the tech just pulled my truck in and started diagnostics on it but had gone to lunch and would be back in an hour. I asked them to order a new filler neck and I would pay for it if not warranted. After the tech returned I asked for my truck back and left. After a few weeks I returned to have the part installed. I was told that they had to run diagnostics and it would take anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to half a day. They gave me a ride home and later called to tell me that my truck need a new filler neck and they would order it since they did not have it in stock. Would be there the next day which was Friday. It did not come in Friday ended up leaving the truck there over the weekend got it back at 4:30 on Monday. Awful service and significant inconvenience.

I?ve been taking my Jeep to Speck or five months now for update and minor maintenance. Each time I leave with my Jeep, I am highly satisfied. The service offered is at the expert level. The service team and especially the service manager are highly knowledgeable and skilled. I will continue to take my jeep to spec.
