Swindler Cory Loudon bamboozled us on the purchase of a used truck. We didn't know any better at the time that we could have/should have fought the add-ons he was charging us for, so he could make a few extra bucks off of us. He charged us $250 for running boards that were already on the used vehicle, that ended up rusting and falling off a year later. He also charged us $200 for the truck box that was also already on the used vehicle (bolts holding it in were already rusted). But we fell for it, thinking we would lose the truck if we didn't buy those add-ons. Looking back, I'm so upset that he took advantage of me and my family on the purchase of our truck. Don't trust Cory Loudon.

Today we stopped in for a appointment to test drive a car and I loved it but it was a 2016 wrx and I am not saying my salesman's name but steared me away from that one it was only gonna be a second car for work. So after being told that it will not work do to year and mileage but if u know subarus that was nothing at all so he sent us a link of cars,mostly jeeps way more money that the wrx and some of the ones we want they said no it has to be a newer car and less mileage not true on that situation doesn't matter if they will not make money on the car for there commission forget about it not gonna happen ,he was not gonna get any commission on it so wanted us to look at cars out of our price range and not what we want tell us we are all set then changed everything at the last minute. I think if we were all set we should of talked about a different one well I will go do paper work and let you know ASAP yeah told us a bunch of things we needed to do ...All this for a second hand car it is getting ridiculous almost same work for a second hand car not like it was brand new .

Outside of their Service Department, I wouldn't deal with these guys. They claim to be transparent, but just go to any other Jeep Dealer within 50 miles and Goss Jeep prices are are substantially higher then their competitors. Save time and trouble and just shop somewhere else. Dont deal with Kristina Kingsbury or their Sales Manager Matt Shanks... Transparency is not what you'll get with them.
