Awful service department, website, and customer service. You ever walk into a place and offer them money for services and they basically tell you to go f*** yourself? That's what you get with every single interaction with the Larry H Miller Sandy service department. Expect to be angry and sad and looking for alternatives, like I am, even after buying 3 new vehicles from these people. Don't support them - they are terrible human beings running a terrible business. Vote with your dollar.

Again I am giving 1 star... service team has had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks now with no communication from their part to me... I needed to call a few times to know about the status of it... the part that needs fixing is on back order last time I was told over 2 weeks ago... I do not recommend going here for parts service so it's either go to a different mechanic or diy

Absolutely terrible customer service and nonexistent

Absolutely terrible customer service and nonexistent communication. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment. Car was supposed to finally be done yesterday. "Service advisor" told me the past 2 days he would call me before he left for the day to update me...nothing. I've called and left countless voicemails and text messages which go unanswered. Finally got word today it was ready and I made the HUGE mistake of asking if they could do an emissions test while they had it. They said no problem and it would be done today. That was at 12:45 and they are now closed. I called twice in that time and spoke to a "customer service" representative who knew nothing and transferred me to the same voicemail twice with no response. I still have no idea what's going on with my car
