Worst dealership I've ever dealt with esp Jared.

Had a Durango we were servicing here for a couple of years and wanted to downgrade. Saw that a Chrysler 300 had a lot of the amenities the Durango had and was more fuel efficient. Went down there (keep in mind this was early 2020) to look at a CPO 2018 Chrysler 300 for, I think $23k with 18k miles. Original sticker price was almost $50k so that should have told me the quality of the vehicle if it depreciates that much. We took a test drive and I liked it even though it didn't fit me that well. I guess I was just looking at the interior and how much I liked it. Fast forward to the end of the test drive where this (insert your favorite vulgar term) salesperson Jared, whom was absolutely awful in keeping his attention on us, his potential buyers, with always looking at his phone and us having to ask him the same question multiple times because he was like a teenage girl on his phone. We're cash buyers and hate payments and we told him that but whatever the price is, its only when you finance through them and keep the financing for 6 months. We told him no chance were going with financing and he said the price would be, if I remember right, $3k more plus taxes/fees/all the extra BS these stealerships charge. Told him no way we're doing this and walked away. Dude didn't even take our phone number or anything, so if he were to try to make a sale there's no way to contact us. Literally the first time I ever had that happen to me. Every car salesperson I've ever talked to at least gave me their card (which Jared didn't) or asked for my number. At least I only wasted about 30 minutes of my time dealing with the incompetence. Even with it being CPO I'm glad I didn't get the 300. Like Scotty Kilmer says, they're rolling piles of junk and its true. I bought a Honda Accord that will last 10 years longer than the 300, if not longer. Stephen Wade dealerships are the worst in town. I did not buy my Honda from them, I actually went out of town to another dealer because, like Chrysler, the Honda dealer is absolutely useless. Maybe they're prejudiced and judge books by their covers. I go in with a hat, shorts, band shirt and sunglasses and I guess they think I can't afford to buy from them so they don't waste their time with me. Hyundai is actually a really good dealership and they treat you right. We recently bought a Palisade from them and felt great and were treated right with the whole process. Stephen Wade? Forget about them, they really are the bottom of the barrel of car dealerships and that's saying something when dealerships already have a bad reputation. AVOID at all costs. Take my advice.

NO CALL??

Everyone who works here thinks they don't need to talk to you. Nobody will ask you if you need help or what they can do for you. I took my Jeep in at 9 am, at 550 I call them and ask what's up with my jeep? They tell me that its a part that isn't covered by the warranty that their salesman sold me last year, telling me that if anything happened before 100k miles it was covered....A LIE! And I had to call them and find out at 6pm? DO NOT USE THEM.

Unprofessional and Minipulative

Started by making an offer online for a red Grand Cherokee, Liz contacted me and informed me that they couldn't accept the price but would like for me to come in and discuss another deal for the vehicle. That week I was contacted 4 times to come in and I scheduled an appoint to look at the Grand Cherokee I had made the offer on . I show up and meet Will. We sit at his desk and first thing he says is "Yeah, we've been getting a lot of interest on this vehicle" referring to the Grand Cherokee. I tell him the offer I made and ask what's their counter. He tells me some excuse to why that car isn't there and why it's still "Technically in the system". Right off the back I get fed the bait and switch and the hype of interest on a car that isn't actually there, the car I specifically made an appointment to look at. I explain my frustrations as I made the 2.5 hour trip to get there, which I informed Liz before I made the appointment. Will tells me how sometimes the schedulers aren't aware of cars that are not physically available. Fun fact, I read his computer screen and found out that the vehicle had been in their system for 160 days. Really Will? 160 days and nobody can tell the scheduler not to promote this vehicle? SO already being there I am specific in what I am looking for and ask to see other options in my specifications. We find another Grand Cherokee, no price or information in the system aka the dealerships website. He informs me he will speak to his manager to locate the vehicle, I tell him sounds good, take my number and call me when you find it, I'm going to walk the lot. WIll insisted I stay at his desk and it should only take 2 minutes. Eight minutes later I decide to go to his manager's office and tell him to call me when he finds the vehicle, I had another car to go look at. Already at the next dealership I receive the call and Will gives me the information about the car. It's internet price is $33,000, a bit of a stretch more than the vehicle I intended to purchase. I tell Will, "That's more than what I wanted to pay, call me back if you can get it lower than $33,000 and I'll come take a look at it". Will replies, "how's $32,999?" The lack of honesty, integrity, and customer service experienced in 15 minutes, is astounding. I respect salesmen pushing the price a bit to earn a higher commission but the unethical methods used to do that at Stephen Wade Jeep has assured them the loss of my business. On a positive note, their facilities are nice, clean restrooms.
