Bolton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat

I have purchased many vehicles and when you send Bolton Jeep an out the door quote from a competitor dealership in their area (Autonation) and they come back with a quote $4,000 more than the other dealership makes you think if they really want to sell a vehicle. I end up driving from Florida to Texas to pick up my Wrangler and I pay exactly $4,000 less than their best quote. In my opinion they were not interested in doing an honest deal. Will not considered them at all for future purchases.

En mi caso personal al cabo 2y luego d comprado mi vehículo en sept/22 con garantía extendida efectiva desde la compra del vehiculo, SORPRESA , me engañaron totalmente mi término era 60 meses o 100k millas lo 1ro q llegara y nada d3 eso ha llegado y necesite usar la garantía q cubría mi problema cuando m dicen q estaba vencida, aquí estoy en un vaivén con los del dealer q en pocas palabras están tratando a toda costa de evitar responsabilizarse por su venta engañosa e incumplir mi contrato. Definitivamente lea bien cada acuerdo en su contrato antes de firmar, pregunte para que luego con el paso del tiempo no se vea en esta situación que estoy yo! NO RECOMIENDO ESTE DEALER

Asked if I could put a deposit to hold a used 2022 RAM 1500 Limited until I could get there and said I understand if they can’t and would rather take a buyer in store. They said they’d hold it with a deposit. Placed a $1,000 deposit and planned to buy the truck, so I filled out a credit app to show I’m a qualified buyer at their request. 2 hours later I get a phone call saying the truck was sold. They offered me a new RAM Limited at advertised price less addendums, $20k more than I worked on my deal. I told them that’s an insult, I would have negotiated addendums out anyways. Management said this shouldn’t have happened, my credit never should have been run, and they were going to completely redo their process, so this never happens again, but sorry I was the reason why. I told them they did irreparable damage to my credit and kind of forced my hand to make a purchase in the next 14-30 days to ensure all credit inquiries get lumped into 1. Completely unethical and dishonest.
