Mr. William Wiggins was an exceptional, professional, friendly Salesperson. He was not pushy. We test drove a Honda, left, came back after visiting numerous dealerships as well as Carmax and ended up purchasing the car from him. We got a more than fair trade in for our truck and the start to finish time was not bad. Mr. Sarmiento in the finance department was also polite and helpful. Fast forward more than a month and when I left a message with warranty info I forgot to ask, my call was immediately returned and all information requested was immediately sent to me. Thank you for a great customer service experience! We will be returning customers.

I worked with Bruce who was the fellow on the floor at the time. There couldn’t have been a more perfect person to help me. He is a total professional, a gentleman and a very affable person for sure. The transaction went smoothly and I LOVE my new Jeep Wrangler!

I brought my JL in with paint rust/corrosion issues on numerous areas of my vehicle. The service dept. took pictures and said they had to send them off to be evaluated for verify warranty covered the issues. They said it will take 2 weeks to get back with an update. After waiting over a month, and making several calls/ leaving numerous messages to try and get a status update I was told, “We don’t deal with paint issues here, I don’t know why they took pictures and told you that. You’ll have to take it to another store to be evaluated”. So I waited 1 month and 7 days for nothing absolutely nothing. What were the pictures taken for, And why was I told it was being sent in for evaluation if they don’t do that? Not a happy customer
