If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership from start to finish. They wrote up the wrong deal entirely, including a different car with a different VIN number, which is a major and unacceptable error. Communication has been awful — I was hung up on during a phone call by Chris Strickland (A Sales Manager), and since purchasing the car they haven’t responded to a single text or follow-up. I have called every day for two weeks trying to get answers. Each time, I am transferred around the dealership, only to be sent to voicemail where the mailbox is full, making it impossible to leave a message or get any resolution. To make matters worse, I have not received any of my paperwork after buying the car, which is extremely concerning. They also claimed they “lost” the keys to my vehicle, lied about when the car would be delivered, and gave inconsistent information throughout the process. This dealership is highly unprofessional and dishonest. Buying a car is a major purchase, and the lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer service here is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership and taking your business elsewhere.

Horrible service. Hung up the phone on me, doesn’t respond to my texts, wrote up the wrong deal, and very disrespectful. I wish I never came to this dealership and definitely won’t be back.

Horrible experience! I had my Jeep towed to the dealership. I didn’t hear from them, so I called four times with no response. I finally called the service manager and he had the service advisor call me. The jeep needed a new alternator and battery. I also asked the advisor to refill the windshield wiper fluid and fill the left back tire with air, which he replied…”no problem”. I never received a call to explain what repairs needed to be done. Two days later, I received a text that my jeep was ready….never received a call from the service advisor. I went to the dealership and was not greeted by anyone. I went into an office were four employees were chatting. Not one bothered to say hello or ask me if I could be helped. I was appalled. Finally, a young lady delivered my keys and a copy of the bill. I got my jeep and as I drove off, I noticed the windshield wiper fluid was not refilled nor was air added to my tire. The next day, I called the service manager to express my dissatisfaction. Called him again two days later and left a message a couple days later. At this time, I have not heard back. This dealership needs a major overhaul.
