Good selection of vehicles and pricing. Staff lie a do not follow through. Had issues with paper work not being sent. Managment, finance, and sales blamed each other and no one would take responsibility. $3,500 mandated protection fee for free oil change and fob replacement is a scam.

Straight forward deal. Ron Carter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Alvin didn’t come out with an ace up their sleeve. Let see if I remember every one: Steve, Caesar in financing and Viviana and Stefani all great!

I came in this past Saturday to have my Challenger serviced. I regularly bring my Ram 1500 here, and as always, Andrew took great care of me. He consistently does an excellent job…he’s thorough, thoughtful, and makes the entire process feel easy and stress-free. To be honest, I used to take my truck to SouthFork Dodge because it was closer, but they failed to deliver every time… especially their service department. Advisors would avoid customers, give the runaround, and seemed completely unclear on repairs and timelines. Overall, it felt like a lack of proper training, including at the service management level. Thanks again, Andrew. I’ll definitely be back.
