Update: got a call from Service Manager, Brad. He said all the things that I would hope a good manager would say. Giving them another chance right now to earn back my business and my trust. Hoping for a positive experience at the end of this. Will let you know. Decent buying experience here 3 years ago. Absolutely HORRIBLE service experiences ever since. It's enough to make me want to go back to driving a Ford, even though I love this ram truck. I just can't handle rude and incompetent service advisors.
