Excellent purchasing experience!
We bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Louie. Not only was he the friendliest, most honest and kind person, he also made our buying experience the best we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. We highly recommend this dealership and especially Louie!

Bad service
Beware!! In 2020 I bought a $45,000.00pickup with 3 year manufacturer warranty, a week before thw warranty was up I called for an appointment for a checkup and was told they were too busy !!! And would not even look at the truck until the warranty expired they don’t even answer their phones.

Josh Grilo
After my Father was told he could no longer drive, I went to Bald Hill and spoke to Josh Grilo. The man went above and beyond helping my Father and I selling his 2018 Ram 3500 Laramie BigHorn edition Truck to the dealership. Being from the customer service industry myself , I was blown away by the willingness this man went through to complete the deal!!!
