Went for a Wrangler battery recall.
Went for a Wrangler battery recall. 1. The recall said to NOT charge the battery, as it could explode. 2. The notice of appointment at the dealer saide to.make SURE to charge the car before coming. Huh?! 3. As I drove home after service, electric mode was 'temporarily unavailable'. 4. I called service. After a hold, I was told that that status could last up to 30 minutes of driving time needed to reset for electric mode to be available. Conclusion: at both ends of the process, communication was awful.

Always get my car serviced at freedman toll. Never had any problems what so ever and always got good customer service. Nice friendly employees too
