My son found a car at this dealership. He was dealing with Robbie who was extremely rude to him through this inquiry process. It was my sons first car purchase so I needed to help him finance the car so I gave Robbie my financial information to get the loan. Robbie and my son agreed upon a price and schedule a time for us to come and get the car 3 days later. We were driving 4 hours to pick up this car. The following day I still had not received a call back from Robbie regarding the financing. When I called him he stated he sold the car to someone who walked into the dealership after he spoke with my son. No follow up phone call? What if we had driven there? You don’t make a deal with someone and then sell the car out from under them while the financing is being processed. This was a terrible first car buying experience for my son. Salesmen like Robbie are the reason used car sales men are thought to be such xxxx bags. I would never ever give my money to this dealership!!! Do not buy a car from Robbie!!!!

Worst service shop in Shippensburg/Chambersburg area
Purchased a used vehicle 2 years ago. No problem with sale but service shop is the worst ever encountered.
1) $105 diagnostic fee which does not include computer diagnostic.
2) Said they replaced fuel pump. Could provideno proof (no old pump, no invoice for new pump)
3) Would not honor labor warranty
4) A week later vehicle died again
5) Said fuel pump died again. (No old part, No invoice for new pump)
6) Would not honor labor warranty
7) After me telling the service manager (Bob) in 3 separate phone conversations I would pay and pick up the vehicle her repeatedly called me to try and treat me like an idiot. After his 3rd harassment call I cussed him out.
8) Then because he harassed me into cussing him out he refused to work on vehicle.
9) They refused to let me talk to the general manager.
10) With refusal to talk to general manager and with no proof of work I can only assume the lied about any work both times.
11) I spent $350 to find out they are con men
12) Another shop is now retrieving my vehicle and has assured me They will honor parts and labor warranty.
Run away from this shop as fast as you can!!!

My husband and I love Shively Motors. We are both drive vehicles from Shively and this is our 5th deal with our one and only salesmen, RONNIE MILEY. He just makes it too easy :)
