This place has no professionalism. My car was under warranty and I still had to fight to get the job done. Then the rental car wasn't ready. Wasted and hour and a half waiting. After the repair, which ruined my tires, they refused to reimburse or prorate a new tire. They were to do an alignment after the repair, but 'forgot'. I took it to Firestone for the alignment because it was sat and Dotta's was closed. Dotta service said we did the alignment until they asked the repairman. He said he forgot. Dotta's reaction- oh well. We're not paying. Good bye Dotta!
