Great experience with buying a new car!!
This is the second time we have bought a car from this dealership and both times we had a very good experience. Our sales associate was Alex Becka he went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact car that we want! So if you are looking for a trade in or just a new car in general I highly recommend Carmichaels Solomon’s and ask for Alex Becka you won’t be disappointed!!

Becareful treat you like dirt!
Traveled 4 hours BUT before I came had cash did not tell them called ahead asked turnover time to take it home told them I had my own financing which they thought bank. Got there salesman already knew I called, matter a fact everyone did! Treated with no respect acted like I should beg them to buy. When brought it to they attention after emailed no response back from the dealership the salesman was rude just be careful I do see if your a female buying a truck they have no respect! Sales did say BIGDEAL you brought your financing what's that save me 100.00. If that's my first impression I hate to say if I bought from them!

Purchasing a vehicle is one of our least favorite things, but Zack was so helpful and made the process relatively painless. He was very tolerant of our confusion and took the time to explain our options without making us feel pressured. Our daughter who has autism accompanied us and everyone was kind and patient with her as well. Many times the day after having purchased a new car we have felt unsure if we had made the right decision, but today we are pleased and feel good about everything. This was definitely the best car-buying experience we have ever had and will return to Solomn's the next time we need a vehicle.
