2012 Chrysler was shutting off right after starting once in a while. Took it in a number of times over a number of years was told they didn’t know what was wrong. After warranty ran out a tipen unit went out after that $1500.00 repair they now knew why the car would shut off after starting and that’s another $1000.00 repair. I told them we had complained about that since 2014 and they had documents to support our claim. Was told they would not cover it and was told that I was no longer welcome in there store after I told them I might have to look into legal advice. I would now like to thank them because after being a Chrysler owner for 30 plus year we now have a new Honda.

Was a fun and easy process getting into a new vehicle because of the wonderful staff at Roberson’s. The facilities are also very nice, and the coffee’s not too bad either! I would definitely return for a future purchase.

Mark said their shop was great and really go through all the cars they sell very well. But the truck I bought had obvious major and safety concerning issues. When I asked for help they said no, but after I left a few bad reviews they called me and said if I would have taken it to them first, they could have helped. Then they asked for a copy if my repair bill, but said because the shop that did the work didn’t keep the bad parts for over a month, they couldn’t help. Too bad Robersons didn’t do the right thing from the start. If you see a car here, take it to your own shop!!! Do not trust them, they will lie to your face!!!
