This was the most absurd trying to buy a car experience
This was the most absurd trying to buy a car experience I’ve ever had. I saw the truck on cars.com and then a few days later I get an email from their internet guy saying it was good that I waited because they had lowered the price further. I went back to the website and it had gone down another 4k. I called and spoke to Omar and gave him all of my trade info and several hours later still had heard nothing. Another three hours go by and I called Omar back to ask what is taking so long? He said the sales manager was working on it and I should hear back by noon the next day. Noon comes and goes and by 3pm I call Omar again and he has the same story. Waiting on sales manager. I called at 730 pm and was promised they would call me by close which did not happen. Now we’re on day three. I called and finally Omar had some figures. They were trying to give me 10 grand less than what their own website shows it was worth. This is for a fairly new paid off vehicle with 24k miles that was in perfect condition. After reading the majority of their Google and Facebook reviews I would highly advise against even wasting your time with this place. I have purchased around 25 new vehicles in my life and this was the worst experience ever

Not complete transparency in advertising.
Not complete transparency in advertising. Window sticker and online advertised an SUV on their lot as having a BOSE entertainment system. The vehicle did not have it. When I called them out on it, they tried showing me the window sticker. But being a used car it was not an original sticker. The original sticker was in the glovebox and it did, in fact, show a BOSE audio credit, because it should have come with it but the supplies were not available at the time the car was made so they deducted the price of the system from the overall price of the vehicle.
