I want to thank the salesman Shawn Bradley for helping me find the right car for me. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and could answer any of my questions. I like the fact that he didn't try to persuade into just anything or rush me to purchase. I did notice that this particular dealership had some of the friendliest and helpful employees around! She was very friendly, professional and most definitely knew what she was doing. She made me feel at ease during the whole process. Service dept is a joke, told to be my jeep cherokee in on Thursday for fan light coming on and they would look at it friday. Called late friday, they didnt have time, said they would saturday, called saturday early afternoon, hadn't had a change to look at it they were doing higher priorities first. They wouldn't make time to even see want was was wrong with it, I bought this jeep here but will never again. Hope my jeep gets looked at and fixed monday

Their service sucks. If you need an oil change or a basic maintenance go somewhere else!
