Even though I had an appointment for an oil change my truck wasn't taken back until an hour after the appointment time and it was a total of 2 hours 15 minutes for a simple oil change. That's insane! They tried to charge me for services I didn't request and tried to sell me over $1,000 of services on a truck with 11,000 miles. I get trying to upsell but let's get real.

Any time I make an appointment it usually takes well over 2 hours JUST for an oil change. Even after being told by secretaries it wouldn’t take that long. There are a couple woman that work the desk that are not the kindest.
