Twice now this dealerships service department has put my family in danger through negligent work. Loose lugnuts and over inflated tires on 2 separate occasions within a year. Started 2 cases with Hyundai

Lot of up selling felt pressure to buy items don?
Lot of up selling felt pressure to buy items don?t need. Also got a estimate on a minor repair and they wanted over 1600.00 plus parts to reconnect a plastic connector.
