Only part of what was supposed to be done was done. I paid for a part that doesn't work. I was told to make another appointment for diagnostic testing $157 for that...after I just paid $240....and wS told after the diagnostic they still might not be able to do anything....after paying for the part. I asked (before car was taken back) for someone to drive my car to listen for something I was concerned about. After 2.5 hours I had to pay $240 for oil change and 2 bulbs for front of my car...which one doesn't work AND when I asked if anyone drove my car was told 'No. All the time was spent on the bulbs'. But I could make another apointment for that too. I mean WHAT? I bought my car brand new from Spitzer, every single oil change, from you, new tires from you, all maintenence from Spitzer since 2017 and I have NEVER had this poor of an experience. I was always treated like a loyal customer. Not this time. I was absolutely beside myself.

I was treated very respectfully and kind. I was shown the waiting area and offered snacks and beverages, a clean, comfortable area to sit with a very large screen tv! Everyone in the dealership was courteous, professional and friendly. I so appreciate my positive experience there!!
