Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

This review is specifically directed at the Sales department, whose handling of a used 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk purchased by my wife two years ago was unsatisfactory. Upon driving the vehicle off the lot, we immediately encountered transmission issues that resulted in a bill exceeding $5000 and rendered us without a vehicle for three weeks. Notably, the service department provided support, but the Sales department did not. Further issues arose approximately a month later, and another problem was discovered a year or so later. In total, repairs costing over $15,000 were required for a vehicle purchased for $15,000. It became apparent over time that these issues predated the purchase and that the vehicle had not undergone a thorough inspection before being placed on the lot. A reputable dealership would have identified these issues and opted to absorb the loss by sending the vehicle to auction. Instead, the costs were passed on to us, highlighting missed opportunities for the Sales department to stand by its customer. Regrettably, my experience would lead me to advise against purchasing a used vehicle from Performance CDJR. However, I continue to utilize the service department, specifically working with Joe and would recommend to get your car repaired. When I get that call from sales, this will be updated. Until then, this 3 time customer will ge elsewhere. Thank you
