Dealership did a quote of 615 per month payment . Then a week later the same deal went up to 810 per month. When asked they said they would get back to me with why. I had to call them several time and finally got someone. I have a excellent credit rating and they have poor customer service. Dont recommend this place to do business. The only.answer I got was maybe the accentives where different from week before. That's 200 dollars a month different on payment. Alot of bs. Go to another dealership would be my recommendation.

As posted on Facebook: I've been buying and trading cars/trucks for the past 50 years, and this most recent purchase experience at Gerry Wood was the worst. There were just too many issues to list here, but most frustrating was thinking that our cash payment covered ALL taxes, fees, etc, as we were lead to believe. Wrong, since the DOT wanted another $400 . NOTHING about our new car's features were presented to us.... NOTHING was really discussed about the car except that we MUST BUY NOW... they don't answer their online messages posted to them..... I could go on and on. One bright spot, as always: the service department is one of the best in the area. In coming years, I'm going elsewhere for my next Kia purchase.
