Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. So many messages left with no returned calls. They keep passing the buck and even corporate can't make them honor a deal made 22 months ago. I will not do business here and do not recommend.

Questionable Ethics Dealer
I was interested in a new Jeep from Greensboro CDJR and inquired online. Filled out the trade in evaluation. I was called by the sales person and was told the sales manager would not value my trade without coming to the dealership??? Seems very shady to me - why have a value your trade online if you will not do it?? Again seems very shady - would not recommend this bait and switch type of dealer!!!
