The people were friendly and helpful. They were able to give me a trade-in value of my vehicle without going to the dealership. This resulted in me buying a vehicle from them.

I was victimized by the ol' Bait nd switch fraudulent invitation. I called to check availability of a used RAM listed, the sales guy clearly indicated the truck i wanted to buy was available and wanted to schedule me for a test drive today. When I arrived, 45 miles and a n hour later the truck was not available but they had more expensive trucks to sell me. The sales manager also lied to my face saying the deposit had been put on the truck a week or more earlier. Wasted my time, not friendly not honorable.

Out of all the research I've done, Friendship had ended at the top of the list. It's nice to know that an American Based Automotive Dealership offers a Lifetime Warranty on all new and many used vehicles...without the extra cost. Thomas (salesman) will search for the best vehicle for you and your budget and will not force a sale. This was my second purchase trip to Friendship and dealt with Thomas both times...which was a pleasure. Regardless of the salesperson, you will be treated with patience and respect. I will not hesitate to return to Friendship to purchase my next vehicle.
