Arrived at the Dealership. Sales Person was super nice and informed me that 3 other people had interest in the vehicle and just wanted me to know.Took it for a test drive and as soon as I got back ge told me it was sold. I explaind all the warning lights that were on, the back up camera not eorking and needed an alignment. I told him I wasn't interested in purchasing it. He did not offer to show me anything or ask me what I was looking for. What he didn't know was I had my title and a blank check in hand. I was looking to buy but he didn't strike while the iron was hot. Funny thing is that car is still posted for sale. The sales person was friendly and non pushy which I like but I would have been okay if he asked a few more questions and offered a little more help. They were closing in 15 min so maybe he knew there was not enough time to get a deal done.

This was probably one easiest trade in and used car purchases that I've ever had. Kevin was very responsive and not he slightest bit pushy at all. Worked out the deal before even coming into the dealership and everything went smoothly during pick up. Would definitely recommend.

Would give negative rating for customer service if I could. No concern for customer needs, poor attention to detail and blatant lying. Was told our car would be taken care of within week when we had it towed for maintenance issue. The next day was informed they couldn't even look at our car for two more weeks and have no loaners available. Spoke with two "leaders" - neither of which cared to actual help find a workable solution and told me that my experience "did not matter". Looking at other reviews on the service provided, will eagerly pay out of pocket to have car serviced elsewhere. Should have done more research in advance but think we dodged a bullet getting our car out of here ASAP.
