Not good customer service or care to my vehicle
They had my car for over two weeks, they did not begin work on it for over a week even though they had the parts. They did not keep me informed of the service, I had to contact them. When I got the car back no one walked me through what they had done. I was just sent to the parking lot to get it. There was a small dent in my driver's door. White paint over spray on my black car and many many scratches on the car! The scratches do appear they will be able to be buffed out but it is something I shouldn't have to deal with.

My service experience start and end with the service writer (Jerry Nash)who is the best. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and is a pleasure to work with. My experience is he treats every one as they are number one.
