Worst service department ever!!!!

Don’t use this dealership they are the worst! Made a appointment with them for a inspection,oil change and bad manifold and new I probably need tires to they said no problem bring it in early 7:30am and we will have it done by the end of the day. I told them that I would bring it in the night before so that they could get right to it as they had a lot to do. Now at 12:37pm I called to check on my truck as I hadn’t heard from them yet and normally they would call and make sure that I was good with the charges. They told me that they were just getting ready to start on it and that I would hear back from them shortly I asked them if they would have enough time to get the work done today and they said not a problem. At 4:10pm I had not heard from them and called them again. They told me that I need to tires and brakes for the inspection and I would have to make a new appointment for the work and the manifold would take 16 hours to do. So my truck sat there for a day and only got a oil change. Now I can’t believe that they couldn’t have done tires and inspection in that time so now I have to give up my truck for a few days as soon as they can get me back in in a week or so. This is the worst service department I have ever experienced and this is not the first time that they have done this to me last time the owner apologized and said that it was a once in a life time mistake but here I am again.they have no communication with the customers and lied about everything to me.I asked to speak to someone in charge and they blew me off I gave them a second chance and this is how I was treated. I have a fleet of trucks from different manufacturers but will never do business with them again.
