Buying process went well, service is awful. I have only bought at Oneonta Royal Chrylser for the last 10 years, but will no longer return. Make sure you purchase extended warranty or get your vehicle serviced at another dealerships. I will never go back, this is my 5th vehicle I have bought brand new from royal in Oneonta. Sales men are great, service department keeps getting worse, service has ruined it for me they won’t get my business back. Service manager Rich is rude and unprofessional, he should not work in customer service because his people skills and personality are lacking.

After paperwork was signed she was informed that they wouldn’t refund or transfer the 5 unused oil changes. According to the assistant manager of service Barry,“that’s how they make their money”.
