The dealership is trying to sell a car for top dollar
The dealership is trying to sell a car for top dollar that has sat for FIVE months, was in at least one accident with flaking of paint and parts missing. They were told point blank by their former office manager the car isn't worth what they want. Zero negotiation. Run away from this dealer as fast as you can!

I had a very complicated issue with my car.
I had a very complicated issue with my car. I called and spoke to the service manager. You understood my problem. He then got what the general manager who also understood my problem. They took wonderful care of me in my car. They went beyond the call of duty. They were totally awesome.

I made an appt to go test drive a car when I got there
I made an appt to go test drive a car when I got there the car was off being detailed and I had to wait around for them to go get it. The car was white, the picture on line was red and I said I didn't want a white car. The fellow waiting on me started YELLING at me, it's a computer generated picture not one of the actual car and he was going on about how the box was checked for white he could show me. He just kept yelling at me how it wasn't his fault the computer generates a picture, I never said it was, actually didn't complain at all, all I said was I didn't want a white car so we walked away while he continued to yell at us and continued to yell as he went back inside. Never again
