Recently had work performed on my 2014 Ram's 3 way valve
Recently had work performed on my 2014 Ram's 3 way valve and harness. The harness effects both the check engine light and service 4wd warning light. Apparently the harness was cut probably way back when installed and just took some movement to break. The tech repaired the harness and then had to replace the 3way valve. Probably shorted out the electronics on the valve. The process took about 4 days and was kept informed. I did request my old part back. Would have given 5 stars but tech did not check antifreeze reservoir and it was completely empty and needed to be filled. Should have been done prior to my pickup. Otherwise would highly recommend their service.

My experience was pleasurable from the onset of my issue in dealing with the service manager and their team until the end when the repair was fixed. Definitely suggest them to anyone that needs work done on a jeep.
