Buying a Durango

I found a pre owned Durango which was a perfect fit for my family on New Years Eve at 4:30 in the afternoon and my sales man Tim Delapenta and the staff at Upstate were able to have it ready for me to pick up the next business day, and gave me a very respectable trade in value on my old car, I am very happy so far.

We travelled all the way from Hamburg to buy my husband's Jeep Grand Cherokee and we came back about a year and a half later so I could lease a new Jeep Compass. Both times we were treated with respect and felt welcomed instead of the usual pressure from a dealership. Tim was a huge help and we will come back and recommend this dealership to our friends.
