Salerno Duane has been my go to dealership for over the last ten years. They are responsive to all my questions and queries. In addition they are quite efficient in all the paperwork and associated administrative matters.

I waited in the waiting room 2 hours for my oil change
I waited in the waiting room 2 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I was the only waiter. Unacceptable time for such an easy job. And now I am having issues with my car the day after it was serviced that I never had before. I have left 2 messages because can never reach anyone to speak with, and no one has called me back. Also unacceptable.
