Stopped in on a Saturday to look at a new Ram. Salesperson was friendly and sales process was smooth. Had a payoff on my trade in, was able to get a payoff amount over the phone but paperwork could not be sent over until Monday. We used a higher payoff amount than actual to give a little cushion, with an agreement that the difference would be refunded immediately upon payoff occurring on Monday. Left feeling very positive about experience. That feeling lasted 2 days. It has been 2 weeks since then, I have called the dealership no less than 4 times and have spoken with at least 5 individuals in the finance and accounting departments, none of which can tell me what the status is of my refund and all of whom have said they would look into it and call me back. I have yet to receive 1 return call. If you are someone who expects to be treated like a valuable customer, run from this place. I will not be back for another vehicle or for service.

My wife and I went there to purchase a new car we brought in a trade they said was worthless after being told a bunch of lies they talked us into a used car and said there would be no problem trading it back in in a year after a year we brought the car back and we were told we are so upside down we could not trade it in they want to astronomical money we were told the people that made the deal to us were no longer there nothing but a bunch of lies to sell us a car and also inflated the price of the car dramatically never got a second set of keys after being told they would get them for us. Just do yourself a favor and shop around we have found their prices to be thousands of dollars more than everybody else take the extra 40 minutes and drive to Maryland you will be thankful.

I was shopping for new Dodge Ram truck, visited another dealer and was quoted a price that was a lot beyond what I wanted to spend. Looked on line and found a similar truck at this dealer. Took a ride on a Monday night "just to look". Arrived at this dealer at 7:15, was back home by 9:30 with the truck I wanted (many more options) for the price I was comfortable with. Jim Payne was our sales consultant and was a pleasure to deal with. The Sales Manager (name escapes me) was also a pleasure to deal with. The owner Alex, was at the dealer and made it a point to accompany us through the process. The normal "hassle" of car buying is not the case here, I will be sure to recommend this dealer and make them my next stop when car shopping again.
