Service department is horrendous and dishonest.
Service department is horrendous and dishonest. They don’t care about the customer and will leave yo waiting for your car without any updates. I dropped off my 2024 Jeep Compass due to a battery issue (2nd if not third incident) They “fixed” but the following day it had the same Issue. Then they made the car stay for almost a week and never called me. I had to go on my own to see wha was going on with my car. My car had stayed in their lot untouched smh. They claimed it was a part they had ordered and still hasn’t arrived. But they couldn’t tell me that over phone instead I had to go to them. Now we re going to the second week and the dealership still has not reached out to me for the “part” they ordered. Horrible customer service.

The repair department is unreliable and dishonest. They treat customers with disrespect. The repair department manager is rude and nasty. They lack the ability to properly and respectful communicate with clients. They return my Jeep dirty, no oil and missing part laying in rear of my jeep. It took over a month for what should have been a 2 day repair. They did not offer loaner vehicle on a referral to purchase your own rental car. Read the reviews from actual clients before taking your vehicle for repair. Ask for all paperwork upfront and they will tell you they can’t give it to you. WARNING SIGN!!! Corporate had to assist in getting my Jeep repaired and particle rental reimbursement.
