This was the worst experience I have ever had with my vehicle that i have ever had. It took a month to perform a tune up. All that was done was a diagnostic and spark plug replacement. I called several times and was never called back about the status even though I was assured someone would call me to update me. I even stopped in twice to ask the status and was told the person handling it was out and I would be called back. Never happened. I was called only when, a month after I dropped it off, my vehicle was finished. The manager wasn't even apologetic about the situation. I will never use Tri City again. The lack of communication an accountability is terrible and my engine light flashed 2 days after I got it back, the very thing I brought it in for.
