I live in Maine and this truck was 2 hours away so I did all the upfront negotiating on the phone. Struck a sale price and I drove down looked at the truck in person and accepted the overall condition. Went thru the documents of which included warranty info of which they were gracious and gave me a 90 day power train warranty. So being from Maine, and a dealership figured they would cover the vehicle completely for 30 days as required in Maine. Well no! I had the vehicle for 5 DAYS and check engine light comes on. I called them and they said did you buy the warranty? Really 5 days? I am thinking someone reset the codes on the o2 sensor maybe. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership they have no sense of responsibility and the saying buyer beware and don't trust anyone is accurate with this dealership. Come on 5 DAYS

We understand how frustrating it is to see a check engine light just days after buying a vehicle. At our dealership, transparency is a priority, which is why we included a 90-day/3,000-mile powertrain warranty with your truck and offered additional extended warranty coverage, which you declined. When you reached out, our General Manager discussed your concerns and offered to cover powertrain-related repairs at your preferred mechanic, but the issue was determined to not be the powertrain and outside the warranty’s scope. We take our responsibilities to our customers very seriously and would like to resolve the issue and discuss next steps.

Beware of sales department.
Beware of sales department. Cody was very pleasant and accommodating through text and phone calls regarding the purchase of a new 2024 Jeep Gladiator Willys. Their price was discounted the LEAST off MSRP than any other dealership, but they had the color we wanted. We had a discount code from Jeep.com for $1000 and qualified for an addition $500 rebate. The day we were going to pick up the vehicle, Cody revealed the $1000 would not be honored. I stated in that case we were going to purchase at another dealer. It was more expensive, but had more options and a better deal overall. He offered to throw in a tonneau cover, he claimed was a $1000 value. Then I received a text saying....no, it was a $1000 more and no cover! Apparently, he couldn't find the vehicle I was referring to because the other dealer had it incorrectly listed as a Sport, not a Wiilys. He basically inferred I was a liar. When I provided the window sticker that pissed him off. I went from a first name basis to ma'am....LOL! We are the owners of a new RED Jeep Willys!!
