Issues with 2022 Ram Rebel and the Dolan Dodge

I bought a 2022 Ram Rebel in November of 2021 from Dolan Ram Fiat. I bought the truck because I wanted the EcoDiesel motor. I had issues right off the bat with the bluetooth not staying connected to my phone. I took back the next day and they did a reset of the system. I worked for a short period of time so I took it back to the service department and told them of the issue. They ran a test on the system and found some codes. I asked them if they could replace the unit and I was told they couldn't at this time because the issue wasn't documented. I keep driving the vehicle and the stereo keep dropping bluetooth connection and shutting off. This time I recorded the issue and took it back to the service shop. They found more codes and started the warranty claim. They had my truck for one day, taking out the unit that the bluetooth connects to. I was told by my service adviser Troy, that a new unit would arrive in two weeks. Three weeks later I called to find out what was going on. Troy told me that someone one the other end didn't write down the numbers and they would need my truck again so they could get the numbers off the back again to send it in. On my way to the shop my engine threw a code. Troy put a code reader on and found a sensor went out. Instead of just ordering the part had to take the truck back in so a tech could look at it. All parts were ordered and was told it would be three days. Two weeks later, Troy will not return my calls or email me back so I had to go in to make contact with him. He told me he call a left a Voice Mail. Which is not true, I have a smart phone that did not have a voice mail or a missed call from Troy or Dolan. Troy also told me that the wrong parts were shipped, this is the second time he has told me that. I have been told three different time frames of when my truck will be done and it is still in the shop as of 03/25/22. Really poor customer service if your vehicle has problems.

This was a wonderful buying experience. Thank you Dolan Dodge Ram FIAT! I purchased a RAM 2500 from them out of state. I worked with Anthony who was awesome! They made this process so easy. Everything was done electronically before even visiting the dealership. I flew in and Anthony picked me up at the airport. Once arriving at the dealership everyone I dealt with treated me so well. I have purchased quite a few new vehicles and this was the best experience I have ever had! Thanks again!

Many phone calls and emails trying to get my second key that was promised. Never their fault. 61 days after purchasing my used car I finally am getting my second key.
