Horrible customer service
I am having such an unfortunate experience at the Chapman Chrysler Jeep dealership in Henderson, NV. I am dealing with a service technician Jeremy Novoa who has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. In fact, this is my second experience with this service technician and I like to always give people the opportunity and grace to try again. But from the moment I was transferred over to him, it was clear that he had no interest in providing any sort of reliable or informative service. Firstly, his attitude has simply been appalling. I have had to do all the calling, texting and leaving messages just to get him on the phone, to figure out what is going on with my vehicle. It has been a total of 18 days since they have had our vehicle. And they are saying they cannot get the part needed till December 17th. They have requested that we do not take our vehicle or else it will no longer be covered under warranty. They have covered only 5 days of rental coverage and expect us to pay per day till December 17th. The worst part isn't that we have to wait, it's that there has been no compassion or empathy on the part of the service technician, or Jeep dealership. We get married in 12 days, have guests coming into town and basically have no vehicle. Furthermore, Jeremy has displayed a complete lack of knowledge and willingness to provide any information. He refuses to provide me with an area managers contact information but yet has told me that he has spoken to someone to see if we can get the rental fees waived. When I asked questions about the rental coverage, why we have a loaner (that is old and needs an oil change) instead of a rental and are being charged, all he does is respond with vague and dismissive answers. It was as if he couldn't be bothered to explain anything to me, or he is hiding something, leaving me feeling frustrated and uninformed about the state of my vehicle. To make matters worse, his lack of customer friendliness is evident throughout our interactions. He has not made any effort to make me feel comfortable or valued as a customer. I have spoken with his service manager Anthony and I am waiting to hear back to see what the solution is for my situation. ***update as I just got off the phone with Anthony, They are trying to get the part in sooner and he stated that they are hoping they can get a non-factory water pump to install so that the vehicle is ready sooner. After I told him I felt that the rental situation was ridiculous and unfair he waived the costs of that (and we will be returning the loaner today). However, that leaves us without a vehicle for our wedding. He did not give me any contact information for anyone above him and said that that was policy. The conversation was not compassionate and unfortunately, I am just ready to get my vehicle back to not have to deal with this dealership anymore. Hoping that we hear good news in the next 24-48 hours so that we can just move on from all of this!*** (Final Review to come) However, my overall, experience thus far has been extremely disappointing. The rude demeanor, lack of reliable information, and complete disregard for customer service has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone seeking assistance at this dealership to steer clear of Jeremy or even better yet, go to a different dealership as their lack of professionalism and customer friendliness is simply unacceptable.

Beyond service I asked for…
Took my car in to service the A/C and also told the service guy , I was noticing a a slight difference in when I shift gears, he got back to me told me my transmission needed to be replaced but no charge, there was a factory notice put out about my year vehicle had been reporting faulty transmission, anyways replaced it for free, free rental car, free oil change! Walked out of there thinking I robbed the place! Thanks Vince! Glad your in the service dept! Not to mention my car was done one day earlier than stated.
