I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee about 6 weeks ago. In the third week it broke down, BCM was replaced and the dealer had the Jeep for 10 days leaving me with no vehicle. Yesterday while at work the horn was and ignition was stuck on. Went to the dealership and was told I would need to bring it in today to be looked at, the Jeep will not start and if I need a tow I'll likely be out another $100+ not to mention whatever their going to charge on the "warranty" work. When I bought the Jeep people we're friendly and helpful but since I've been experiencing issues they've taken a more "that's a you problem" (with the exception of a service guy named Chris).

I have known him for 7 years since buying my first Jeep. He did a great job! In 47 years of buying new cars, I know he is a one of a kind guy. He really is great in this business. I trusted him fully when I contacted him, sent him a photo of the car I was interested in and he said are you sure you are going to like that one. I truthfully told him I looked at another one too. I told him I trusted him and to hit me up with the one he would pick for me. I went in for my appointment and was not disappointed. He showed me both cars and he was so right. I drove away in my brand new Jeep that day. This was the smoothest, easiest experience with Gladstone Dodge. We have been customers of Gladstone Dodge and they have evolved over the years to be a superb place to do all your vehicle business.
