Shady business.
Shady business. Called about a used Mazda CX9. Sure come and see it. Drove 30 minutes. Car was not on lot. Salesmen said it is being detailed. I can take you to the shop where getting cleaned up. He drives me to this place. Drives me over in this 60k Jeep Grand Cherokee and wants me to test out the massage chairs. Car almost runs out of gas. We have to stop and get gas. We get to this hole in the wall. Car is trashed on the inside. Detail guy is adamant it will be cleaned. Go back to car lot. Start talking numbers. I said if I make a deposit andCar is cleaned do we have a deal. Made sure I would get deposit back. Cat had low miles. He asked if we will need financing, I said we will be paying cash. They then want to charge me some crazy 1800.00 recondtitioning fee. I ask what is this. Fee cause they have to get car clean and detailed to sale. Place is a total racket. Not counting their 400.00 application fee. Wasted 2 hours I will never get back. They have bad reviews for a reason. We have bought many cars and have never dealt with someone this unprofessional and shady. By the way, car they said would be cleaned by the next day, still no pictures of it detailed. Been over a week. We bought a car elsewhere. Look at another dealership. These people are scummy.

This place took advantage of my 83 yr old great aunt.
This place took advantage of my 83 yr old great aunt. She had recently been in an accident that had totaled her car. Me and my wife told her not to go looking without us as she has a habit of being taken advantage of. She's old and forgetful. Sure enough the people at landmark Dodge did just that. They tricked her into a 6 year note, paying 20k (that will be 26k if she is around to finish paying it off) on a car that blue books for 12,500. The guy cited that all car prices are up, so your gonna pay more, then I showed him prices for the same vehicle with very similar(sometimes less) mileage for between 11k and 16k. This isn't even a Dodge or a Jeep, it's a Kia. He argued relentlessly, then he lied. He said that the loan had already gone through the bank so there was nothing that could be done. When we went back home I called the loan company and they said they had not even received the paperwork so the dealership could cancel the loan, but it was absolutely up to them. We went back to try to get them to take the car back, she doesn't need a 6 year note on a 4 year old car that's horribly overpriced. The finance department manager (as he identified himself). Refused. Even after pointing out that she didn't even remember where the dealership was and she thought the money she got from someone totaling her car was going to pay for it all. This company has no business being in business if they cannot make concessions for the elderly but instead actively go after them and con them into horrible contracts that they can't pay. She is on a limited income that hasn't increased with inflation.

Beware the reconditioning fee.
Beware the reconditioning fee. After I test drove the car was 5,000 dollars more then posted with all the fees. I bought a car at a different dealership they had no reconditioning fee whatever that is lol, and worth admin fees and the 500 for no trade in it was only 1100 more then posted.
