Best interaction I have had while buying a car. I could not get to the dealership in time so Paul offered to drive the car an hour so I could look and ultimately purchase it. It’s no wonder he has been in the business so long. He understands.

I purchased a Mercury Montego from them on Friday, December 20th. They delivered it on Saturday morning. The strut broke and the spring punctured the front driver's side tire on Saturday afternoon. They won't do anything about it. But the used car manager made it perfectly clear that it was "as is" and it would go no further than that. Not sorry or concerned in the slightest. Don't put yourself through their customer experience. You do not matter to them. They only seek your money.

The vehicle purchasing process at this dealership was the only satisfactory aspect of my experience. I purchased a truck based on a Carfax report that claimed it was clean, only to discover a year later that it had previous damage filled with Bondo, significantly impacting its value. Selling the truck back to them was another ordeal, as they failed to promptly handle the payoff for my loan, causing unnecessary delays and stress. This delay put my personal credit at risk, as the loan was not paid for a month and a week on their end. The manager's response was unhelpful and lacked accountability. Additionally, they sold the vehicle they purchased from me before getting the payoff check to the lenders, leaving the vehicle unpaid on my end. I had to chase updates and resolve issues myself. This situation could have turned into a much bigger problem, and while it was eventually resolved, it was not due to any help from the dealership. They failed to make the calls I requested and showed a clear disregard for their mistakes. I have not received an apology for their lack of care and failure to take care of me as their customer. Overall, the dealership demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer care. I regret my dealings with them and cannot recommend their business.
