We have purchased vehicles from Litchfield Chrysler Center and have always been pleased with the sales staff. However, the service staff is extremely unfriendly, giving off a very unprofessional vibe. We also have vehicles serviced at other local shops and Litchfield Chrysler Center by far has the most unfriendly service staff. They definitely need to step up their game here and make the Entire experience with this business a good one. From my experience the sales experience is good to excellent but then once the vehicle needs any service work done the entire experience is way less than desirable. Pretty sure I will take business elsewhere in the future only due to poor service staff.
